• Governance, election, and rotation mechanism
• Dispute handling and transparency requirements

IP and Openness Policy

• Draft standards are reviewed publicly by default
• Open-source implementations are encouraged
• Contribution and attribution rules are explicit

Release Plan

• v0.9 draft: internal review
• v1.0 release: public publication
